After my previous post, a better approach to getting League of Legends assets has become available. Some users of the League of Legends Developer Discord Community have developed an app to download and extract the files of the League of Legends Client. You can get this program here. If you don't want to download and install the program, you can get the assets from https://raw.communitydragon.org/.
